Creative Journaling

Art journaling is recoding your thoughts through art rather than writing. It doesn’t matter how well you can draw; art journaling is simply a means to unclutter your thoughts. You can also get creative by combining both drawing and writing.

Class Objectives:
1. Document special moments and life experiences into a                journal
2. Learn to create beautiful, one of a kind journal layouts using      simple materials and easy techniques
3. Discover a practical creative outlet that is also meditative          and good for self-care

Project Output: 2 to 3 Journal spreads

Materials:
– Blank journal
– Various papers (patterned and/or plain)
– Decorative stickers
– Photographs
– Memorabilia (Ex: ticket stubs, boarding passes, note cards,         gift tags, etc)
– Scissors
– Glue
– Pens
