Paper Play With Henri Matisse (Collage)

Henri Matisse is a French artist known for his intense and fluid colorism. An artist responsible for developments in visual arts, painting and sculpture throughout the opening decades of the twentieth century. In this course, your kids will learn more about Henri Matisse and his paper cut-out technique. Kids will be able to express themselves through shape and color and learn fluidity in art composition. At the end of this course, your child will produce a paper collage artwork.

– Assorted colors of art or construction paper (can be scraps)
– Old magazines
– Scissors
